“Business Plus Project” is located in new Cairo, Egypt. Designed by Nada El Hadidy For arkan developers . It has a 3 level basement with a commercial spaces connected to open spaces. The building consist of 7 administration floors 2 commercial floors and 1 basement floor. Both the internal and the external theme aims to connect the open spaces with the indoor spaces through skylights, greens and roof tops.

The design challenge was to provide a unique design, simple and applicable. There was lots of limitations regarding the building and the site constraints, which left a very few ideas to apply.
Ultimately a very simple shape manipulation that could give the building a wider facade was the chosen proposal

I usually start by drafting and modeling different scenarios of what the form should look like, then I usually seek for another opinions regarding which proposal would be more convenient for the building. I use 3DS MAX for the modeling at the beginning to help me come up with different shapes and forms . after the model is completed and confirmed, we move to next stage-Rendering and Photoshop.

People liked the overall feel of the design. It was really appealing. I learned to be more flexible enough and learn to work within the limitations and the constraints of each project - "to change what I can and upgrade what I can't".
