This is a guy who collects the battles that he avoided, with little notes that he sticks around his armor, he is a tough character though he has the strength and the wisdom of a man that lived 1000 years, if you see him you are in good company.

Old anime and Japanese culture in general, i was thinking about war and the implications of it.
The materials are metals, leather and basic warfare gear, with cyberpunk elements and breathing devises, the color is mute and a bit opaque with dirt and dust.

I use Adobe Photoshop for all my 2D concepts, usually i start with a really loose sketch so i can find the correct balance between the shapes and then i start to define the design and detail the line work after that i block the character with a basic color and star the painting process i leave for last the light levels and color balance.

pretty well so far, to be honest i can´t tell how much i learn from a single project, what i can tell you is that the way i learn something is to do it again and again through a period of time.
